Rick Weston is the General Manager for Insurance Career Training, Inc. He holds a B.A. from University of California-Irvine and has the following professional designations: CLU, ChFC, LUTCF, CPCU, FSS. Rick started with Farmers Insurance Group in 1987 in Southern California before moving to Indiana in 1996. He spent 17 years with Farmers, ending his career with them as a District Manager in eastern Indiana. He then moved to Shelter Insurance in 2004 as a District Sales Manager for 6 years before joining ICT. Rick currently serves on the NAIFA Speakers Bureau, speaking to local associations around Indiana. He and his wife reside in Anderson, IN with their 4 children.
